To complement, cooperate and believe in these constants, Dar Al Shifa Hospital has undertaken many facilitating measures to create a work environment for workers with disabilities and facilitate receiving health services. We mention, for example, but not limited to, the provision of car parking spaces close to the hospital gates for people with disabilities, and the provision of ramps for wheelchairs for persons Persons with disabilities from the time they enter the hospital until their workplace or to clinics in case they need medical care, and train staff to facilitate any obstacles that persons with disabilities may face, whether they are employees or hospital visitors. The hospital cooperated with the relevant authorities from ministries, governmental and private bodies, and charities to receive patients with disabilities, and to provide the best health care services at discounted and special prices.

The hospital administration, represented by the chairman and his deputy, was keen to obtain the highest accreditation certificates in the field of providing medical service to people with disabilities (Mowama), in order to prepare the staff and infrastructure to receive patients with disabilities, by holding courses and lectures for doctors, nurses, administrators, and front-line employees to provide Appropriate service for people with disabilities.

The hospital is proud to offer employment opportunities for people with disabilities by announcing to job seekers in newspapers and various means of communication its desire to benefit from their services. The work environment shall be prepared in all respects for persons with disabilities.

In addition to cooperating with specialized centers to train employees with disabilities to carry out the tasks entrusted to them professionally and proficiently, and to support and encourage them to continue their work and meet all their needs to create a stimulating and comfortable work environment.
