بحضور مدير عام الشئون الصحية بمنطقة الرياض د. ناصر بن فالح الدوسري نظمت الصحة بالرياض ممثلة في ادارة الصحة المدرسية فعالية ” عائلتي هيا نمشي ” يوم الجمعة في ممشى طريق الملك عبدالله .
وقص المدير العام شريط البداية مع مسئولي الصحة المدرسية إيذاناً بانطلاق الفعالية والتي شارك بها اكثر من ٧٠ طالب بمعيّة اسرهم .
وتعد هذه المبادرة المجتمعية الرائعة تسعى الى نشر ثقافة المشي بين جميع أفراد العائلة بمختلف أعمارهم ورفع مستوى الوعي الصحي والرياضي بين فئات المجتمع.
وتهدف فعالية ” عائلتي هيا نمشي ” حث الطلاب وأسرهم الى ممارسة النشاط البدني لتجنب الكثير من المشاكل الصحية كالبدانة والسكري وهشاشة العظام ، كما تهدف الى بناء جيل واعي .
وتضمنت الفعاليات مشاركة فرقة ” مواهب وافكار ” للأطفال ، بالاضافة لتوزيع بعض الالعاب والهدايا لابناء المشاركين والزوار.
وفِي ختام الفعالية كرم د. الدوسري مستشفى دار الشفا الذي شارك بكوادره الطبية وبسيارتي اسعاف مجهزة كما كرم القنوات الفضائية ” السعودية الاولى ”
” روتانا خليجية ” الناقلة للحدث .
In the presence of the Director General of Health Affairs in Riyadh region d. Nasser bin Faleh Al-Dosari Riyadh, represented by the School Health Department, organized the “My Family Let’s Walk” event on Friday at the King Abdullah Road walkway.
The Director-General cut the start-up tape with school health officials to mark the start of the event, which was attended by more than 70 students with their families.
This wonderful community initiative seeks to spread the culture of walking among all family members of all ages and raise the level of health and sports awareness among the community.
The ‘My Family Let’s Walk’ event aims to urge students and their families to be physically active to avoid many health problems such as obesity, diabetes and osteoporosis, and to build a conscious generation.
The events included the participation of the “Talents and Ideas” children’s group, in addition to the distribution of some games and gifts to the children of participants and visitors.
At the end of the event honored d. Al-Dosari Dar Al-Shefa Hospital, which participated medical staff and two ambulances equipped as well as the generosity of satellite channels “Saudi Arabia first”
